        MojiBar was designed to function entirely without collecting, storing, or transmitting any personal data. We do not know who you are, what you search for, or how you use the app.

Because MojiBar operates as a local utility, we have no technical mechanism to collect the following:

Usage Analytics: We do not use third-party trackers (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase) to monitor your behavior.
Search History: Your emoji search queries are processed locally on your device and are never sent to our servers.

2. Device Permissions

MojiBar may request specific system permissions to provide its core functionality. These permissions are used strictly as follows:

Keyboard/Input Access: To allow for the selection and insertion of emojis.
Local Storage: To remember your "Recently Used" emojis locally on your device. This data never leaves your hardware.

3. Third-Party Services & Links

The MojiBar app contains no advertisements and no third-party SDKs. Our website (MojiBarApp.com) may contain links to the Apple App Store. Please note that once you leave our site, you are subject to the privacy policies of those third-party platforms.

4. Children’s Privacy

MojiBar is rated 4+ and is intended for a general audience. Since we do not collect any personal information, we are in full compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13.

5. GDPR and International Compliance

Although we are based in the United States, our "Privacy by Design" approach ensures compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Because we do not store personal data, there is no data to "access," "rectify," or "delete" upon request.
